Can foreigners buy property in Poland?
Absolutely. Poland is now a full member of the European Union, and the property market is open.
How do I arrange to view a property?
Simply browse our online catalogue of properties available for sale, and register your interest by clicking on the "further information" box at the bottom of the relevant page. We'll get back to you shortly and start booking appointments.
Do you charge for this service?
No. We provide advice free of charge. As in most other countries, there is a small agent's commission payable only on completion of the sale. There are no charges whatsoever for showing you around the properties, and no obligation to buy. We do not charge daily fees for handling your enquiries or showing you around the properties.
Can you help arrange accommodation during our stay in the city?
WIth pleasure. Our partners at Cracow Life can arrange everything from hotels to airport transfers and tours of the city and beyond. You'll get an unique insider's view of why the city is such an outstanding place both to live in and to invest.
I cannot speak Polish! Will this be a problem?
Not at all. Our service is geared towards clients from overseas, and all members of our team speak fluent English as well as Polish. Certified legal translators can be provided if requested. During your stay in Krakow you will also be given a direct mobile phone number to your personal consultant, who will be happy to answer any requests you make at any time - everything from ordering you a taxi cab to recommending good places to eat!
